Han Dynasty of a jar covered with lattice pattern and cloud patterns at the flat surface around the mouth's rim. There are two knobs shaped as animals that sit on the shoulders, a similar-shaped knob planted on the cover. On one side of the small pot sits Buddha and a dragon. The opposite side is inscribed with "Made in the third year of Chien Chao (36 BCE)" in seal script style. The jar exemplifies the Han advocacy for simplicity of funerals.
