MADISON, Wis., (April 22, 2017) – University of Wisconsin-Madison Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Midshipman 1st Class Dominique Bowers (right), 21, from Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, talks with U. S. Air Force veteran Senior Airman Kristine Spivey during lunch at the William S. Middleton Veterans Hospital here, April 22. More than 60 midshipmen visited with inpatient and outpatient vets and helped with an Earth Day cleanup of the hospital grounds. Spivey served in the Air Force from 1992 to 1997.
