St Pauls, Occupy London. Tents with banner "Capitalism is Crisis" in front of city building Paternoster Square.

After the initial 'Occupation of Wall Street' protest other occupations have occurred around the world in solidarity expressing opposition to government cuts and subsidy of bankers at the expense of public services. On Saturday 15th October an attempted occupation outside the London Stock Exchange, Paternoster Square, was thwarted and an occupation in the grounds of St Pauls Cathedral was started with protesters saying they will stay until Christmas. An organised camp of small tents with communal kitchen, library, teaching rooms etc has been set up. Photo shows banner "Capitalism IS Crisis" and poster "Capitalism is kind of slavery with fake golden chains" in front of City of London building, Paternoster Square home of the Stock Exchange.
