Bradenton Beach, Florida, July Lightning after sunset. .David is a series of six shots taken over about five or six minutes, camera mounted on tripod. Images merged to one. As the storms approached from the Gulf the air became electric, at one point the hairs on my arms and those few left on my head stood up. The ghosts on the beach are bathers moving to cover blurred by the long exposure. A truly electrifying experience. Taken from Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria looking across the Gulf of Mexico. The image is 6 shots merged with no digital manipulation other than slight contrast and exposure type of photography can be dangerous, Florida has more lightning deaths than any other David Burr.
