PATTAYA, Thailand—Reserve-component Sailor Lt. Cmdr. Phillip Jones, strategic sealift officer, Expeditionary Port Unit 115 (EPU 115), hangs-out with kids of the Drop-In Center during a community relations event at Pattaya, Thailand, Jan. 28.
