Tents are seen outside the UN's International Organization for Migration in Tunis, where around 100 West Africans are camping saying it's the only place they feel safe. Tunisia has become the top departure country for people who are trying to reach Europe by crossing the Mediterranean Sea on the so-called Central Mediterranean migration route, which the UN has called the deadliest in the world.
