The Spartan workout is a total body workout for advanced athletes who are interested in trimming fat, getting toned, and improving overall endurance. The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group is deployed supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
