Wirsing, draftsman in the samedepartment, severed his connection with theRailroad and is now with C. N. Friz, architect. M. Roy croft, file clerk in the Bridge Depart-ment, has been made a draftsman. C. , a new man, took his place. The Cost Engineers Department has greatlyincreased in size on account of conditions whichhave arisen. A branch of it, under ColonelFrye, located in Room 1300, is composed ofnearly all ex-service men. The newcomers andtheir service ranks are: J. E. Burke, Captain,308th Regiment, Engineers; O. L.
