Harvey Hoyt, of the firm, died in 1893, and Messrs. Getman andJudd purchased the interest of their late partner, the firm name beingchanged at that time to Getman and Judd. In the spring of 1897 itwas again changed, this time to Getman, Judd and Company, the causefor the change being the admission to partnership of Frank W. Bogar-dus, who for fifteen years had been identified with the firm. In thefall of that year appeared another change in the personnel of the firmwith the death of Mr. Getman.
