A German hunting sword,2nd half of the 17th century A straight,single-edged blade,double-edged at the point. The obverse side has a double groove,the reverse side has remnants of an orb inlaid in brass. Iron knucklebow hilt,sparingly cut,with a shell-shaped guard plate and stag horn grip scales. Iron parts with patina. The decorative rivets on the reverse side of the grip are missing.
