Each club in this Association shall pay theAssociation Treasurer on, or before October 1 of each year,the sum of One Dollar (.$) annual dues. Every appli-cant for membership shall likewise remit with its applica-tion the sum of One Dollar (,$), which sum shall beconsidered as covering entrance fee and annual dues. Sec. 2. The receipts from all sources shall be devoted todefraying only the necessary expenses of the Association,i. e.: printing, postage, stationery, etc. No expenses In-curred by delegates in attending Association meetings or by. PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION BASKET BALL. 87 members of the Board of Governors in attending Boardmeetings shall be paid with Association funds. ARTICLE Section 1. The annual meeting of this Association shallbe held on October 1, or as soon thereafter as meetings shall be called whenever deemed ad-visable by the Association. Special meetings may be calledby a majority vote at an Association meeting, and uponthe written request of at least twelve (12) Associationclubs. The date and location of such meeting and a state-ment of the object thereof to be contained in the notice. Sec. 2. Five (5) days notice of every Association meet-ing shall be mailed by the Secretary to every member. Anotice mailed to the address last given by the member shallbe deemed a full compliance with the requirements of thisConstitution. Sec. 3.
