Survey data Found from Prince William Sound in the Gulf of Alaska to the Santa Barbara Channel, California. Depth range 75 to 475 m, most frequently ( of occurrences) on the mesobenthal slope between 200 and 250 m, and of occurrences from depths of 100 to 450 m. Although survey data provide no new information on geographic or depth range, they do provide a more detailed center of depth distribution.
