Zebra Swallowtail (Protographium marcellus) Adult nectaring on New York Ironweed (Vernonia noveboracensis). Zebra are found from southeast Canada and south through the eastern United States. They larvae feed on the various species of Paw Paw, genus Asimina. This adult was photographed at Cumming's Swamp on a Pennsylvania State Gameland.
