No Dark Brahmas had then been seen, or alluded Bennetts earliest chickens were bred out of that very first Philadelphiapair of Grays; and later birds were bred by him from the progeny of thatstock, and other younger fowls I supplied him with in 1851 and 1852, andafterwards.
