One andthe best features of this is the smallpieee of wood which is hung in theposition shown as the latch, whichmakes it impossible for a horse or anyother animal to lift up the latch andopen the gate. This is loose and canbe swung aside when one desired toopen it. This has been in use on sev-eral of my gates around the farm andit has proven worth-while. Self-Closing Hog House Door Use a light weight screen door spring;fasten one end to the wall and the otherend to the door as shown in a j4-inch button on the building sothe door cannot close tight. The hogswill soon learn to open the door withtheir snoots.
