Guznor and Raney visited Keesler to get a better understanding of robotics surgery in the Air Force by touring the InDorse Lab and observing surgeons, nurses, and techs to get basic training on the Da Vinci machine. They also interviewed surgical staff and system trainers on their interactions with the robot and the team dynamics, and collaborated with the lead robotic surgeon about future joint ventures and research collaborations.
