Venus mours the death of Adonis; Animi Excelsi Laeta Quies. Venus mapping in a landscape to adonis that was killed during hunt by a wild boar. She dries her tears with her dress and is surrounded by putti with arrows and torches trying to comfort her. One putto offers Venus a scale. On the right in the foreground Spant Amor his bow, in the background is a tomb. Possibly a pendant of a print with the depicting of Venus who gives Aeneas weapons.
