Unless other- wise noted in the descriptions of the various vari- eties, we supply all Dahlias in strong dormant roots, and we believe our supply this season is ample to meet all demands. However, in â¢case the demand for certain varieties exhausts our supply of roots, we will send out strong growing plants which will give equally good results. Dahlias for Cutting. We give a list of the best varieties for this purpose on page 24. Superb New Cactus Dahlias for 1908. Antelope. A perfect formed flower, beautifully in- curved, yellow suffused with brozny rose,a beautiful soft blending of shades, remarkably free-flowering. Strong plants ready April 15th. Aurora. A grand Dahlia, not only in its soft, delicate coloring, but also in shape, the petals being long and tubular, forming a full, double flower while in color it is one of the most exquisite, a reddish apricot suffused with flesh-pink, shading lighter towards the tip of the petals. Aschenbrodel. A beautiful flower, with wide, curiously twisted petals, the coloring like a summer sunset, being a combination of rose and gold, the base of the petals of gold passing into rich rose-pink, and again to pale lemon at the tips. Exquisite in every way, of good size, free and continuous. Strong plants, ready April 15th, 50 cents each. Ballet Girl.
