NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 4, 2017) – Information Systems Technician 2nd Class Nancy Barcenas, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is frocked to the rank of petty officer second class by Cmdr. Terry Pratt, Ford's combat systems officer, during a frocking ceremony at Huntington Hall.
