The Washington Sky Patrol (Educational Films, 1918). In 1918 audiences were thrilled with this short documentary that provided a look at the District of Columbia. Taken from the point of view of a bi-plane circling over the Washington Monument and the Capitol Building, it caused "quick exclamations and nervous laughter."
