Patrick Foege, commander, Amphibious Squadron One, congratulates Sailors assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), for earning their sixth consecutive Battle Efficiency or ‘Battle E’ award during an all-hands call on the flight deck. Boxer is currently in its homeport undergoing a phased maintenance availability.
