Migratory Waterfowl in North Texas


The main migratory flyway for the Central and Eastern US croses Texas West,North and East heading south along the Gulf Coast or farther yet into Central and South America. The range i from Monarch butterflie that migrate 3000 miles to Central Mexico, to Hummingbirds that fly on to South America to the Whooping Cranes and American White Pelicans. There is a host of duck, geese, songbirds and others. In short, Texas is a birders paradise.
