Rear Adm. Nancy Hann, acting director for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (NOAA), visited Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport on June 21, 2021, to share information on NOAA’s mission. A new agreement is underway for a partnership between NOAA and NUWC Division Newport, which would increase and improve knowledge sharing and allow for more real-time collaboration between the two entities.
