Ladislav Zápotocký (1852 – 1916). Postage stamp issued in Czechoslovakia in 1952. Ladislav Zápotocký was a Czech politician, journalist, translator and labour leader, a pioneer of socialism and Marxism in Czechoslovakia and co-founder of the Czech Social Democratic Party. He was the father of the future Communist president and prime minister Antonín Zápotocký.
