Recruits from India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, participate in the Slide for Life obstacle during Confidence Course II at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, April 18. As the last obstacle, recruits needed to summon every ounce of confidence and strength if they wanted to leave the event dry. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. India Company is scheduled to graduate June 16.
