Rhonda Lizewski, assigned to Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center, conducts a preventive medicine lecture for Guatemalan medical providers at Commando Naval del Caribe, a Guatemalan naval base, during Southern Partnership Station 17. SPS 17 is a Navy deployment executed by Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet, focused on subject matter expert exchanges with partner nation militaries and security forces in Central and South America.
