The officers also brought to their respective stations, for questioning in regard tocriminal offenses committed on each division, 3,311 male and 42s female juveniles. A> aresult of interrogation, together with personal interviews with the parents of these children,it was determined for the best interests of the children, parents, and the city to return themto their parents without bringing them before the court for delinquency proceedings.
