"Spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino" is a typical dish of the Italian tradition and of the Mediterranean diet. They are prepared by boiling spaghetti in salted water and at the end sautéing them in a pan with hot olive oil, a clove of garlic and some crumbled chili pepper. Pour the spaghetti in the dish and finally sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
