Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church (Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche), Protestant church affiliated with the Evangelical Church in Germany. Built in the 1890s and badly damaged in a bombing raid in 1943. The present building (church with separate belfry), was built between 1959 and 1963. The damaged old spire has been retained as a a memorial hall. It is nicknamed by Berliners "der hohle Zahn", meaning "the hollow tooth". Breitscheidplatz, Kurfürstendamm. Berlin. Germany.
