Warm leggings made of jersey, whichcover the entire lower part of the body up to thewaist, are useful in cold weather. Clothing of Early Childhood.— The propertime for changing from baby clothes to thoseof childhood does not depend so much upon theage as upon the time when the baby can dowithout a diaper. Most babies, if they havebeen properly trained, should be able to havethe change made by the age of eighteen months.
