Can be grown in almost any soil, but the richer it is the better the product. Sow from the middle of April to the beginning ot May like eabVmge; trans- ])lanted and cultivated the same as cabViage. They are more hardy than cabbage, and will endure considerable frost without injury. ^ DWARF GREEN SCOTCH CURLED- '^far-~ Is very dwarf and ' " spreading.
