Millennium Dome, Greenwich, London. An aerial view of the Millennium Dome situated on a former gas works site by the River Thames. It was erected in 1997-9 to house a huge visitor attraction for the Millennium. It has a circumference of 1km and is 50m high. Photographed in June 2000.
