Airmen from the 39th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron run a symbolic .62 mile at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, October 2, 2022, in remembrance for the six Airmen and five contractors who lost their lives, October 2, 2015, when a C-130J Super Hercules, call-sign TORQE 62, crashed on departure from Jalalabad Airfield, Afghanistan. The run concluded the day’s events following a remembrance ceremony for those who lost their lives that day.
