Retired Staff Sgt. Tina Coble is finishing her first lap at the cycling competition, part of the 2019 Air Force Trials at Nellis AFB, Nev. Air Force Trials is a Paralympic-style competitive event featuring eleven adaptive sports. It has a two-fold purpose, one is to select the 40-person primary and 10-person alternate members for Team Air Force. The second is to highlight the effectiveness of adaptive sports in aiding wounded warriors in their recovery and long-term resiliency.
