Thefuture Health Commissioner waseducated in the public schools, andattended the famous old LincolnGrammar, from which so many menwho have gained prominence andposition in after life received theirearly schooling. Reaching hi? ma-jority, he engaged in the plumbingtrade, and at the age of twenty-onehad become a master plumber andhas engaged in this business suc-cessfully since August 1, 1897. Mr. Klimm is especially qualified to serve his city as a C*mi-missioner on the Board of Health, to which position he was firstappointed January 8, 1910, to fill an unexpired term. His practicalexperience in the plumbing business, and intimate knowledge ofall matters pertaining to sanitation,
