JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. (July 14, 2021) Army Lt. Col. Jason De Los Santos and Chief Mass Communication Specialist Barry Riley, both assigned to Joint Task Force Civil Support, carry incident support team equipment to set up during a communications exercise (COMEX) at the command. The command routinely conducts these exercises to test the incident support team’s ability to operate forward when supporting various missions.
