The Padley Pilgrimage - an annual Cathlic Pilgrimage in honour of two executed martyrs, Nicholas Garlick and Robert Ludlam, who were Catholic Priests found in hiding at Padley Hall near Grindleford in Derbyshire and executed at Derby in 1588. Pilgrimage takes place annually in July when attendees meet at Grindleford Train Station and make the short work to the chapel in the ruins of Padley Manor nearby.
