No persons other than members and exempt membersof the company, or of the Fire Department, in good standing, were allowed tosleep in any engine, hose, or hook and ladder house: the street doors shouldnot be kept open, except while persons were passing in and out, or while anynecessary repairs or cleaning were being performed.
