Dumortieri. A most useful variety, growing about 2 feet high, with clusters of Lily-like flowers of a soft, rich yellow, exterior bronzy-orange; in June and July. Fulva {Tawny Day Lily). Tawny orange-colored flowers, excellent for planting among shrubbery ; blooms in July and August. Flava ( Yellow Day Lily). A most useful and desirable herbaceous plant, producing its large fragrant yellow flowers during July and August in the greatest profusion ; the plants grow about 3 feet high. Kwnaso [Double Orange Lilv). A double-flowering form of the Orange Lily, and a most desirable herbaceous plant, that deserves being planted very largely; large orange-colored flowers shaded copper; blooms during July and August. Middendorfii. A handsome, deep, golden-yellow variety, growing J J to 2 feet high ; June and July. Thunbergii.
