A baby bear cub chained and fed cow's milk outside a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in western Sichaun. Native to the mountains that lead up to the Tibetan plateau, this young cub has been taken off its mother prematurely and used to entertain tourists. It will spend its entire life chained and will probably die at a younger than normal age.
