Volunteer !ftattd E, the members of the Wesleyan Volunteer Hand, have pledgediiur lives to the greatest cause in the world—Foreign the Great, after having conquered the then knownworld, is said to have wept bitter tears because there were no moreworlds to conquer. If the Volunteers were to weep, they would shedtears of joy instead of bitterness because of the opportunity of conquer-ing the worlds of darkness, superstitions and ignorance found in thenon-Christian lands. The doors are open wide and the number of labor-ers entirely inadequate.
