Patients congregating outside a public medical centre where social distancing was not enforced amidst concern of the Covid-19 response of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Malaysia government has implemented a nationwide lockdown measure formally known as the Movement Control Order (MCO) as a preventive measures and control of the infectious disease on 18 March 2020. As of 12 October 2020, there are 15,657 cases of Covid-19 coronavirus reported in Malaysia which caused 157 deaths.
