Government officials have been insisting that people stay at home this Easter weekend and not to make any unnecessary journeys, rain falling on Sydney will have discouraged many from venturing out and the beaches are indeed quiet, but surfers and people exercising could be seen at Palm Beach in Sydney early on Good Friday.
