Hisspeech ujwn the national finances, delivered on thefloor of the House March 21, 1868, was a clear andconvincing his retirement from Con-gress, Mr. Blair has been busily occupied witli his law practice. Mr. Blair married Sarah , of Seneca County N. Y., in February, family consists of 4 sons—George H., a postalclerk in the railway mail service; Charles A., partnerwith his father; Fred. J. and Austin T., at home. Governor Blairs religion is of the broad type, andcenters in the Golden Rule. In 1883, Gov.
