Set of 20 varieties for $ Choice mixed varieties, $ per dozen ; $ per 100. liinaria Macedonica. Not a novelty, but one of the good old herbaceous plants that has been lost sight of for some time. It is a strong growing plant, growing about 2 feet high, bearing endless spikes of golden-yellow fioweis with an orange lip, some- what resembling a Snap-Dragon. It is perfectly hardy and succeeds in almost any position. 25 cents each. Oreocome Candollei. The most beautiful decorative hardy perennial plant that has yet come to our notice. When we saw this plant growing in the open border the past summer, we were at once struck with the elegant graceful beauty of its foliage, which in well established plants grows from 24 to 30 inches long, is of a bright fresh green color, and resembles the fronds of that beautiful Mexican tree-fern Cibotium Schiedei. The flower stems should be removed as fast as they appear, which develops the foliage to its full beauty. The plant possesses a grace and elegance found in no other hardy plants. 50 cents each.
