The twelve-mile drive aroundOanadarago Lake is very beautiful. The lake is about three fourthsof a mile south of the Springs, and is five miles long and about one anda half miles wide. It is one of the most beautiful little lakes of theState, and abounds in a variety of fine fish. The road is near theshore, but sufficiently high to give commanding views. Fenimore(ooper, Americas great novelist. The whole region is full of points ofinterest to the lover of nature.
