FORT IRWIN, Calif. – Lupe Garcia, a member of the Otomi, P’urepecha, & Yaqui Nations, was the guest speaker for the National Training Center and Fort Irwin’s National Native American Heritage Month celebration at the Sandy Basin Community Center here, Nov. 16, 2016. Garcia has been singing and dancing in the Native American community with a variety of styles for more than 20 years.
