Female: Front wing 7 to 12 mm. long; face moderately narrow, with rather fine punctures whose interspaces are about their diameter; temple unusually long and swollen; propodeum rather long, a little rugulose near its median carinae and beyond the mid- dle, its punctures rather small and sparse, the sublateral punctures separated by about their diameter; median longitudinal carinae of propodeum rather strong, moderately divergent, extending about the length of propodeum; hind femur about as long as deep; first tergite about as long as wide; second tergite about as long as wide; ovipositor sheath about as long as front wing.
