Lost station (Romberg sign); Argyll-Robertson pupil; lost knee jerk. Areas of anesthesia andparesthesia of hands, arms and legs; hyperesthesia ofback. Absolutely unable to stand or walk without assist-ance. Blood pressure 90 m. m. Injections given dailyup to September 9th. Patient is able to stand alone witheyes closed; to walk without assistance and to walk upsteps with arms folded or hands in pockets. Tempera-ture normal; strength greatly improved; tendency tostrangle entirely disappeared. Nodular
