Everyone knows the tall, lanky, straggling habit of the old Justicia Rosea. This new sort, which is now grown so extensively by Parisian florists, begins to bloom when the plant has only three or four leaves, and is never out of flower afterward. If pinched back occasionally it makes a very dwarf, stocky plant, frequently covered with 20 to 50 large pink flower-heads, lasting a long time. The foliage is also more persistent and highly ornamental, being heavv in texture and very velvety. 30 cts. each, § per doz. Jasminum. Jasminum Gracillimum. Exceedingly floriferous; a flowering shoot is produced from every joint, which terminates in a dense cluster of pure white, fragrant flowers; in bloom from October to February. 30 cts. each.
